Letter of Intent sent to the Administration.
Sept 23, 2021
PAR999 submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) in response to the Town’s advertised EOI (August 10, 2021) for the Town owned golf course lands.
Nov 9, 2021
The Town invited PAR999 to make a presentation to the Hinton Town Council to further demonstrate the concept to enhance the golf course lands.
Dec 14, 2021
Committee of the Whole meeting, where Council expressed and recommended that if PAR999 (The Proponent) is interested to purchase the golf course with all structures and associated chattels (‘lock stock and barrel’) at a mutually acceptable value that Council may be amenable for such consideration.
Dec 17, 2021
The Proponent provided their written response to Council indicating their interest to rather purchase a portion of the highway frontage lands.
Jan 11, 2022
Council required that certain caveats and wording be inserted to facilitate the completion date requirements.
